  • 3 months of voicenote/text access to Emma (Tues-Thurs) for mindset & nervous system support through your fourth trimester. 
  • Postpartum Booster Calls: Up to 2 x 30 min postpartum calls within the first 6 months. We'll set up a call if anything postpartum is feeling tricky or could use a mental refresh.
